You Don’t Need Another Fitness Program. You Need Your Life Working Together.

Most people don’t have an information problem.

They know they should exercise.

They know they should eat better.

They know they need more sleep.

They know what they’ve been procrastinating on.

They know which habits are holding them back.

And deep down, they usually know they’re capable of much more.

The problem is turning all of that knowledge into a life they actually live.

That’s where Performance Life Coaching is different.

We don’t isolate your physique from your career.

We don’t separate your health from your schedule.

We don’t pretend stress, relationships, habits, environment,

confidence, and purpose don’t affect your performance.

We look at the entire person.

Then we start building.

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE LIFE COACHING?

Your Body Is One Part Of Your

Performance. Not The Whole Thing.

Performance Life Coaching is designed to help you identify the areas of your life that are limiting you and

create a strategy for improving them.

Depending on where you are today, that may include:

01

Health and Fitness

Strength, body composition, nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, recovery and sustainable health habits.

02

Performance and Discipline

Creating standards, routines and systems that make execution more consistent.

03

Career and Business

Applying lessons from leadership, sales, entrepreneurship, operations and decision-making to the challenges you’re facing.

04

Lifestyle Design

Building a schedule and environment that support the person you’re trying to become instead of constantly working against you.

05

Accountability

Having someone who knows your goals, understands your standards and is willing to tell you when your actions aren’t matching them.

06

Direction

Getting clear about what you’re actually working toward — and why.

The goal isn’t to be perfect.

It’s to get everything working together.

Your health, your habits, your priorities, and the way you spend your time should all support the life you’re trying to build.

I’m Bryan Swain

I’ve spent the last 16+ years rebuilding my own life, coaching others, building businesses, leading teams, and owning and selling health clubs.

Along the way, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to create lasting change, perform at a higher level, and keep moving forward through different seasons of life.

Those experiences have shaped the way I coach today. I help people take what I’ve learned and apply it to their health, habits, career, relationships, and the areas of life that matter most.

Why I Coach This Way

Because I’ve Lived The Opposite.
Fitness Gave Me A Way Forward.
From Trainer To Leader.
Success Can Still Cost Too Much.
From Consultant To Owner.
Five Gyms. One Very Unusual Chapter.

Because I’ve Lived The Opposite.

Sixteen years ago, my life looked nothing like it does today. I was homeless. I was struggling with drug addiction. And people I had grown up with were dying. Eventually, I reached the point where something had to change. I entered rehab and took the program seriously. About four months later, I was allowed to get a job. I walked into the busiest gym I could find planning to apply for the front desk. Instead, I met a man named Dominick who ran the personal-training company operating inside the gym. I wasn’t certified. I was still living in rehab. And he hired me anyway. Someone took a chance on me at a point in my life when I desperately needed one. I knew I couldn’t let him down. That decision changed the trajectory of my life.

Fitness Gave Me A Way Forward.

I became obsessed. Training. Nutrition. Coaching. Human performance. I studied more than I ever had in my life because, for the first time, I felt like I had found the industry where I belonged. Eventually I completed rehab and moved to Tampa to continue working with Custom Built Personal Training. My career began accelerating. At a new location outside Tampa, my mentor Rob and I built the training operation while I personally sold more than $500,000 in one-on-one personal training. But my career was only beginning.

From Trainer To Leader.

When the training company I worked for was eventually being replaced, I had another decision to make. So I adapted. I started building an online personal-training business through Instagram. Then, shortly before our existing operation ended, I walked into a new gym coming to town. It was called Crunch. After a conversation with one of the owners, I was offered a job. I continued coaching online and in person before eventually being asked to move into management. That decision exposed me to an entirely different side of the industry. Marketing. Presales. Operations. Leadership. Sales. Building teams. I helped lead a major club presale before becoming a General Manager and operating one of the company’s highest-producing locations. From the outside, things were going incredibly well.

Success Can Still Cost Too Much.

I was stressed constantly. I was in the worst shape of my life. I had a newborn at home. And I realized something I’ve never forgotten: Success in one area of your life doesn’t compensate for failure everywhere else. Making more money doesn’t automatically make you healthier. A better title doesn’t give you more energy. Professional success doesn’t guarantee a great marriage, meaningful relationships or control over your life. And having an impressive career means very little if you’re miserable living it. So I changed direction again. I left and started consulting for gym owners. And that decision eventually led to the biggest chapter of my business career.

From Consultant To Owner.

After helping gym owners improve their personal-training operations, I was eventually given the opportunity I’d wanted for years: Ownership. In 2019, I left a comfortable corporate position to become a partner in an Anytime Fitness operation and begin acquiring and developing clubs. We opened a brand-new location in Brevard County in early 2020. Our break-even target was approximately 350 members. We opened with approximately 600. The training department immediately became an exceptional performer. And then March 2020 happened. COVID shut down gyms throughout Florida. We had two choices: Retreat and hope everything worked out. Or continue building. We kept building.

Five Gyms. One Very Unusual Chapter.

By the end of 2020, our operation had grown to five Anytime Fitness locations. Over the following years, we began strategically selling clubs and concentrating our attention on the strongest opportunities. Eventually, our Sebastian location became the centerpiece. By August 2025, internal Anytime Fitness reporting ranked Sebastian #6 on its Top 100 Base Member Plus report. But that ranking wasn’t simply the result of a system. It reinforced another lesson I’ve carried into my coaching: People matter more than systems. But when great people execute good systems consistently, they’re extremely difficult to beat. In December 2025, we sold our final location. One chapter of my life was finished. And another became obvious.

THE LESSON THAT CONNECTED EVERYTHING

Success Means Very Little

If You’re Underperforming In Your Own Life.

For years, I had been helping people improve their bodies.

Then I helped teams improve their performance.

Then I helped businesses improve their operations.

Then I built businesses myself.

And throughout all of it, I kept seeing the same problem.

Some incredibly successful people were underperforming in their own lives.

They could run companies… but couldn’t control their nutrition.

They could manage employees… but couldn’t manage their schedule.

They could solve million-dollar problems… but couldn’t consistently train four days a week.

They could provide for everyone around them… while gradually neglecting themselves.

And I’ve experienced my own version of that.

That’s why I don’t believe most people need another fitness coach.

They need someone who can see the entire picture.

INTRODUCING

Performance Life Coaching

This is private coaching for people who know they’re capable of operating at a higher level.

We evaluate where you are.

We identify what’s working.

We confront what’s not.

We establish where you want to go.

Then we build the standards, strategy and accountability required to start closing that gap.

There isn’t one identical blueprint for every client because there isn’t one identical life.

Your coaching should reflect your goals, your responsibilities, your weaknesses and your opportunities.

THE PERFORMANCE FRAMEWORK

How We Build Your Next Level.

01 — ASSESS

Where Are You Actually Performing Today?

Health. Fitness. Career. Habits. Relationships. Time. Stress. Environment. Direction.

We establish the starting point without pretending everything is fine.

02 — DEFINE

What Does Your Next Level Actually Look Like?

Not what social media tells you to want.

Not what someone else expects.

What do you want your life to look like?

03 — BUILD

Build The Structure.

We create the systems, routines and behaviors necessary to move toward it.

04 — EXECUTE

Turn Strategy Into Action.

Plans don’t change lives.

Execution does.

We turn strategy into action and establish accountability around it.

05 — ADJUST

Adapt Without Losing Your

Standards.

Life changes. Businesses change. Families change. Priorities change.

Your strategy has to be able to change with them without abandoning the standards you’ve established.

06 — PERFORM

Become The Person Who Can Keep Raising The Standard.

The ultimate objective is bigger than reaching one goal.

It’s becoming someone capable of repeatedly setting a higher standard and living up to it.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF...

You Know There’s Another Level In You.

  • You’ve built a successful career or business but your health hasn’t kept pace.

  • You used to be in great shape and barely recognize the person you’ve become.

  • You’re doing well by conventional standards but know you’re leaving a tremendous amount of potential unused.

  • You struggle with consistency even though you know exactly what you should be doing.

  • You’ve spent years taking care of your business, employees, customers or family while continuously moving yourself down the priority list.

  • You’ve achieved goals you once thought would make you happy and discovered that something is still missing.

  • Or maybe nothing is dramatically wrong.

You simply know you’re capable of more.

That’s enough.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

You Have To Want It.

I’m not interested in convincing someone to change their life.

You have to want it.

I’m not going to tell you everything you want to hear.

I’m not going to promise that changing your life will be easy.

And I’m not selling a shortcut.

I’m interested in working with people who are willing to look critically at where they are, take responsibility for

where they’re going, and consistently do the work required to get there.

If that’s you, we should talk.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

I’m Not Coaching These Principles Because I Read About Them. I’ve Had To Live Them.

0+
Years rebuilding my life

From homelessness and addiction to building a life, family and career I’m proud of.

0+
Years in health and fitness

From personal training and nutrition to management, consulting and ownership.

0
Health clubs owned

Including building, acquiring, operating and eventually exiting locations.

Top-performing club experience

Including Anytime Fitness Sebastian, the #6 location out of 2,500+ locations when we sold the club.

Business & leadership experience

Sales, marketing, operations, hiring, management, acquisitions, consulting

and exits.

Real experience with imbalance

I’ve also experienced what happens when professional performance comes at the expense of health, stress and family life.

I’ve won.

I’ve failed.

I’ve rebuilt.

I’ve changed direction.

And I’ve learned that the goal isn’t to dominate one part of your life while everything else deteriorates.

The goal is to build a life that works.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Your Next Chapter Doesn’t Require

Your Old Life To Fall Apart.

I waited until my life had become unmanageable before changing it the first time.

You don’t have to.

You don’t have to lose your health before prioritizing it.

You don’t have to destroy your relationships before protecting them.

You don’t have to hate your career before changing direction.

And you don’t have to reach rock bottom before deciding that your current standard isn’t good enough anymore.

Sometimes the most powerful reason to change is simply:

“I know I can do better.”

You Need To Find Out What Happens When Your Actions Finally Match Your Potential.

Your health matters.

Your work matters.

Your relationships matter.

Stop treating them like completely separate problems.
